I don't typically write reviews, so this says something. I am not over exaggerating when I say that this has been the best moving experience I have ever had, and it was thanks to Jake and Vince. No moving experience is pleasant, but this came as close to that as possible because of them. I have moved many times and have always hired help and this experience is by far the easiest I've had. Jake and Vince were communicative, grounded, calm, and knew how to self-direct tasks. This really helped me focus on completing other pressing tasks. I've had movers in the past that had to be essentially be babysat and told what needed to be done at every step. This was not the case with Original Movers Co. I explained what I needed to be done and they figured out the rest through their targeted questions and experience. It was truly a breath of fresh air. Their friendly demeanor, efficiency and strength are well worth the price you are paying for their services. Hire without any reservation!

Mixup with schedule date and time. Didn't pack truck well and ended up having to unload and reload a portion to fit the remaining boxes and items. Left 2 of my $300 office chairs in a downpour for 10 minutes which damaged them

I hate to be one to complain- but they asked if I cancelled the day I booked- which I hadn't. The movers were slower than I thought they'd be and needed direction on how to load the truck and what to take out of the house. Very nice & professional young men- but could have been better

If you are looking to have someone to help you unload your truck very fast while taking great care of your belongings, look no further. I had to book the helpers very last minute (like 3 am...) but not only did Jacob and his helper show up ontime, they are also super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. They even went above and beyond to help me with something that isn't part of their job. Jacob and his crew are also very fun to talk with, they gave me quite a lot of local recommendations (this is my first time moving into MI). I would definitley hire them again for the move, and if you are looking for helpers that has great attitude, hardworking, fast and efficient, these guys are definitely your top option.
