Derrick (sp) and his partner were a Godsend! Polite, hardworking, and friendly. They made our loading so much easier. They both went above and beyond. If I have another move, I will ask for them by name. Totally worth every penny and more!

They were late arriving. They did call the day before to let me know but it was still later than originally scheduled. Two movers arrived and did communicate well on their way in. My biggest complaints were that one of the movers did not seem very experienced, and that they did not seem concerned about protecting my furnishings as they moved them in. It was extremely hot and humid, and it really seemed to affect their ability. I have used U-Haul labor service several time, and this my lowest rated experience. Overall, they got the job completed at a good price with no real damage to my furnishings but my other experiences have been better.
