I had a frustrating experience with a moving company. One of their workers took 30 minutes late and intentionally left items in the rooms before closing the doors, thinking I wouldn’t notice. After parking the U-Haul truck, they wanted me to drive it onto wet and soft grass. I refused, so the driver took it upon himself to drive the U-Haul onto my lawn, leaving deep tire tracks. Now, my landlord expects me to pay for the repairs out of my own pocket. Initially, the U-Haul was parked fine, but they were unhappy with that and ended up parking it the same way as before.s parked correctly, but they didn't like that spot and ended up parking it in the same place as before.

The crew was very polite and helpful. They asked where each piece should be placed as they moved everything. They communicated with us to provide updates on their ETA. The crew did not take long breaks or stand around wasting time. They worked continuously to complete our move.
