They were over a hour late then asked me for the address. Not very professional. At one point playing like surfing on the dolly and I’m sure purposely went over the time to bill me an extra hour. Also added to that a rip in my couch when then moved things I didn’t even asked to be moved. Again trying to rack up time in my opinion. They were polite but that’s the best I can say.

The movers completed in 1hr20min but still charged 3hrs which seems unreasonable. I understand 2hrs charge but the additional was not consistent with good business practices.
