They were 4 hours late and then 2 teenagers showed up that had never moved anyone before. He was incredulous that I would expect his movers to provide their own transportation and then insisted on extra cash payments to the movers beyond the contracted price. He told the movers he wasn’t going to pay them and that I needed to give them cash for the difference. Avoid at all costs! See attached his ranting about the cost of doing business. And his pouting about providing transportation because of his own poor planning.

They sent helpers late about 2 hours. However they were in touch and kept me updated. Overall service was okay. However I kept rating 5 of 5 because of communicate and commitment.
