The service before and during the move was really good. I was in a really bad shape and I had to reschedule for 3 times and they were totally fine with it. Even replied after hours for that. I would say they are the best.

I paid for 2 movers for 2 hours of time and only 1 showed up. He proceeded to unload the truck by himself and did so swiftly but not without damaging several of my items. When the company informed me only 1 moved would be coming, I advised them that I had several heavy items that had to be carried up a flight of stairs and would best be handled by 2 people. He assured me he could do it on his own and proceeded. Now I have a sofa that is damaged and unrepairable. My tv was also scratched in the process. I reached out to the company with my feedback and no one ever responded. I would not recommend them at all. Although only 1 mover arrived, I was not offered a discount of any kind.
