For customers who live on the 4th 5th or 6th floor of a walk up with no elevator. You will need to book a 3 Men or 4th Men crew. Our hours of operations are from 10am-6pm.
The guys did their jobs mostly as expected, but they lost an irreplaceable piece of my marble furniture. They also took everything out of my storage unit before moving any of it to the truck, which blocked the path of all other people using the same floor of the storage facility. We had to spend an extra half an hour moving things around so people could get through. Bad timing but also maybe not the best strategy.
