DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I filled out the form sent to me with a detailed inventory and had everything packed and wrapped with furniture pads available. 2 movers showed up 30min late, kept asking do you want that (indicating larger items they didn't want to bother moving, like my loveseat and dining table) and I kept reiterating that everything needed to be moved. I have moved yearly for the last 10 years and use MovingHelp without issue. This is the first time I've had LESS stuff than before and they couldn't fit everything into a 15' truck. I usually get a 10' truck and have room to spare but I had to make 2 trips, paying more in time and gas! They couldn't seem to understand that objects can ROTATE. Literally dropped everything and broke, dented, and dinged everything I own. I lost important paperwork as a result. My lamps and shades are all broken save one, furniture legs cracked, splintered, etc. I have never had such an awful move. Owner asked how it went and then ghosted me.
