They sent helpers late about 2 hours. However they were in touch and kept me updated. Overall service was okay. However I kept rating 5 of 5 because of communicate and commitment.

We hired Helping Hands to move some big pieces of furniture we knew we would have difficulties carrying. Tracy and Ihsan, our movers, were courteous, punctual, and hardworking. Extremely nice guys!! They were careful with our furniture and packed our truck incredibly well. Darryl contacted us the day before to make sure all of the details were in place. He kept in close touch with us to alert of us any changes and to let us know our movers were on their way. He answered texts immediately when I had questions or a change of information. I would HIGHLY recommend using Helping Hands due to their great service and reasonable prices!!
