Happy with the service the owner had to delay the move time but it ended up being on time. I had rented 2 guys 3 hrs.. he sent 3 and when I brought it up he did the right thing and didn’t charge me for the extra worker. A box fell off the dolly breaking an irreplaceable custom retirement gift and the workers were very apologetic. I mentioned this to the owner and he was receptive of the issue and thus far has asked for pics which I provided him I assume by his good nature thus far that somehow we can work something out. I do wish I wasn’t asked to help by one of the individuals bringing in large chairs couches and bed sets etc he asked and it’s not in my nature to refuse but I wish he would have asked one of the other two guys to help..the workers were very kind and worked hard.
