Communication was lax. 2 guys showed up for about 15 min. Then a 3rd guy came but the other 2 left (1 guy had to drive the other guy somewhere). This left me with only 1 person for about half the time. Once I stopped checking the inside of the house because I was doing the garage they stopped following my direction. I came in later on after tipping them in cash to find at least 20 boxes and bags in the corner of the dining room that we’re labeled to go in the basement; that I told them to put in the basement after they initially just put them on the lawn. The company also doesn’t provide these guys with booties and one of their shoes were very dirty and stained the new carpet. Overall it could have been a lot worse tho. I did receive some of my money back for this issue, bur it won’t be back to your card because U Haul doesn’t do the refunding, the 3rd party does and they only use cash app for some reason, not even Zelle. So I had to download this untrustworthy app. Very annoying.
