Two movers showed up on time which was helpful. However it became quickly obvious that neither of them had any experience in moving. During the moving process every wall in the stairwell moving out of the apartment building was damaged due to carelessness. The couch was damaged with holes made in the fabric due to rubbing. And a nightstand was destroyed resulting it being broken into 5 pieces, this was solely due to carelessness and poor handling. There was no care used for my items with multiple bags being dropped down the stairs, thankfully nothing was breakable in those bags. We dismissed the movers 30 minutes early due to concern for my possessions and fear for more damage being acquired. Darryl on the administrative side has been very communicative though out the whole process, that was the only positive aspect of this experience.

Upon reaching my destination, many items had been damaged or broken beyond repair. The unloaders at my destination told me they could tell it wasn't packed correctly. Additionally, as they continued to unload, they said it was worse than they initially thought. They took pictures of the broken and damaged items, as did I. I have tried to call the number multiple times to resolve the issues, but no one answered my calls. This is in addition to them going over the two-hour time and me paying extra money only to have my things broken.

Pros showed up punctual Cons Zero communication. Makes you submit everything again on a separate webpage. Phone no is never answered or returned. So I wasn’t sure they would show up. Broke the hardwood dresser during the unloading -didn’t tell me. Movers started by saying we don’t need any help and will be able to complete the job well within 2 hours. At the end of 2 hours they were 50pt unloaded. And asked for another hour One moved things off the truck and the other to the lobby of the second floor using the elevator. I ended up moving 80pt of the things from the elevator to the apt. They then asked for another hour and would finish moving everything to the apartment. Left 25pt in the lobby including some heavy stuff for me to finish. My instructions were constantly ignored by one who pretended to know everything by frankly moved slowly and vaped on the job- while blasting loud music disturbing the neighbors who complained to the management. Left their trash for me to clean up. Tx
