These movers scratched multiple pieces of my furniture. I even saw one of them drop my kitchen table. My vanity was destroyed and parts of it had to be thrown away. One was very unprofessional. I would never hire these movers again and would not recommend to anyone. I wish I could get my tip back or tipped after fully looking at the horrible job they did.

I was supposed to get 2 people to help. Only 1 arrived. Wouldn’t book anything with them again. Poor communication

The men enemy were very unprofessional. We were moving in to a.storage unit and told them several times that we need to store using as much vertical space as possible. They wouldn’t listen. After contacting the call center and my 89 year old dad going in and. Stacking items himself, they came back from a. Break even more unprofessional and angry and proceeded to basically throw our items in to the unit haphazardly. They spent less than 3 hours unloading. I contacted the office and was told to send pictures which I did and nothing was done to attempt to make it right. I was told I would be contacted after I sent the pictures and have yet to be contacted by anyone. Do NOT RECOMMEND using this service.

Movers arrived late. Bumped walls scratched furniture and ruined an interior doorway to my home. Supervisor agreed to have them fix next day. It took almost a week to get resolved. After agreeing to fix the damage the supervisor stated they don’t cover damage to items or home. Best part the movers kept asking for tips.

I’m really disappointed. The team that came was very friendly and completed the job, which I appreciate. However, the legs of one of my dressers were broken during the move. They attempted to fix them by simply putting them back in place, but unfortunately, the damage is still there. Now, I’m hesitant to even open the drawers because I’m worried the dresser might collapse. I would really appreciate a solution to this, as I don’t feel confident using the piece in its current condition.
