Don is a true professional and a great guy to work with. He was very communicative with me from start to finish. I had used this company previously 2 years ago moving into this 3rd floor apartment in the summer. Today it was frigid and yet I was so thankful that Don and his team at Mark’s Prime moving were available to take care of me again. The guys are very professional, the move with a sense of urgency to give their customers the most of their time and experience. They actually helped me use up my bubble wrap on some of my bigger items. The guys were very communicative and had to put up with my dad, his friend and me trying to help. I am glad I was able to use this company again. I highly recommend them. Though this will be my last time as I’m moving out of state, they are my recommendation when I have friends who are moving in the DFW area. Great job guys!

Communication started off slow probably due to the holidays. Austin on the moving team was fantastic! He was courteous, professional and worked very efficiently completing the move ahead of schedule.
