I appreciate the efficiency when it comes to moving however the communication with the customer could be better. I requested for them to pick up the container by 9 and when I called the location cause AG was telling me they didn’t have my container and were looking for it, the warehouse manager told me nobody had arrived at the warehouse to pick up the container yet. I was very confused and overwhelmed as I expressed the urgency of my move as I had a flight the same day. This ended up pushing my time a couple of hours back. communicating with the customer truthfully and timely is very important and this lacked with AG moving.

They were amazing- courteous and efficient. They stepped in when I booked them last minute after my original mover had car trouble. I was so lucky that they agreed to move me in the day before Thanksgiving and they accommodated their arrival time to account for my work schedule. I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am. I definitely recommend!

I was so disappointed with this service. I color coded my boxes and asked the movers to load my U-Boxes as I planned. This is going to cause me more time and money when I need to get the boxes down at the final destination. I was also contacted via text telling me that I should pay the contractor additional moneys. i will never partake with this service again.
