The movers showed up without the proper equipment. While they were doing the job, they damaged my hardwood floors by dragging stuff since they didn’t bring doleys. I submitted my picture and invoice for the damage and they refuse to pay. They acknowledged that they caused the damaged but refuse to pay for the repair. Would stay away. It been over a month and no resolution at all.
