Although the communication was timely and friendly the move itself was not acceptable. The two guys were young and very impatient. Their whole interaction was rude and didn't want to follow specific instructions. To the point where they told us the boxes are not that heavy and can be moved with a push and that the bags had wheels and can be moved anytime. From the moment they arrived the lead guy kept asking me for the code. They emptied a ubox worth of stuff in 20 minutes. Hence it was just dumping things from the ubox to a open spot in my garage they didn't care if they were just stacking boxes over one another or on my table as long as the ubox was emptied out. Which wasn't the point of hiring this service. When their office received my complaint their focus was that I don't leave them anything but a 5 star review. I am surprised with this service based upon their other reviews but I wouldn't hire them again.
