There was a Black man and a Latino man who came to move our stuff today. The Latino man was professional, kind, and did his job right - his name is Alex. The Black man whose name I was not told was extremely unprofessional. He made what he called jokes about killing my dog and turning her into dog jerky and mentioned punching her with a left hook if she bit him. He kept talking badly about my dog and it made me uncomfortable and unsafe so I left the room he was in and closed myself and my dog in the room next door. These two showed up almost THREE hours late, and the first thing the Black man did when he came in was get popcorn and joke about it being stale. He was slow moving and had Alex do most of the work. This was a HORRIBLE experience and I would never recommend this company to anyone else. Please fire whoever it was that was with Alex and tell him to stop sending texts asking for a 5 star review from customers after making sick jokes.

STAY AWAY! My reason for hiring professionals rather than accepting friends’ offer to help was to ensure that the job of moving my large items was handled professionally. NOT the case here from start to finish. There was zero communication confirming the time until 2 hours before they had to be there. Then the guy asks me if I had a dolly because they evidently don’t. A moving company with not dolly?!?! I scheduled 2 movers and only got one so we had to do it ourselves anyway. Whoever was calling and texting me during the day kept telling me that his other guy was on his way. For 4 hours. The mover who did show up was very nice and did the best he could, but my son’s friend next door would have done just as well for nothing. My dresser was dropped on the stairs, my wall corner was completely beat up, and the bottom of my new (expensive) mattress had a massive tear in it. I had to take half a day off work to supervise, so that money lost too.

John was a one man show and ended up knocking it out of the park in less than a few hours. He was on time and handled everything like a professional. We honestly don’t know how he did it. Wrapped everything, organized everything and was super careful with all our stuff. He took care of it all like a boss. Big thanks.

Great communication as to when they were arriving. Upon arrival, David got straight to work and was done quickly. No damages and the truck was loaded in a way that it was safe for driving 250 miles. Thank you!! Will be booking again for the next truck loading in 2 weeks.

Paid for 2 movers only 1 showed up. The head guy kept promising the other one was on the way from Fort Worth, the other guy never showed up to load nor unload. The 1 guy that did come moved everything with a backpack on the whole time. We did not get the service we paid for and will never book with them again. They could offer me free service and I’d decline. Horrible service! Beware, don’t go with the cheapest, lesson learned!!
