I hired two helpers, only one came and he was 38 minutes late. I had an easy move and should have not been more than a little more than an hour of actual work for two people. I ended having to jump in and help on the heavy items. I’m 62 and have had 2 major strokes and brain surgery. The owner kept saying the second guy was on his way but never came. He promised a refund but I have yet to see any results on that. I chose them based on their reviews but now I think they bought off their reviewers!! This is no way to handle a business. It took two hour job to three and a half and it caused me to be late bringing the truck back.
