I was given this company by moving help and overall will say, Don't use. I purchased the truck, spoke with the moving company and set up a time and No show. Made several attempts as my time was scheduled for 4 PM, but on the final call for the night around 8 PM, the mother of son said, It's been raining, and it's late and my son is tired. Can we promise to come in early morning on Sunday although we don't work and move? I was reluctant, but had an empty truck with no move. My husband to me give them a chance, WOW, no show in the morning on set time they gave me. I came the moving help and the gentlemen who set me up with the company was on the phone as I spoke with the son. The son said I have a 2 man crew needless to say No show! I called again and make a long story short the son who I was told come handle the move bc he bench press 400 pounds came after himself broken mirror . Promised refund and comp for mirror non received. Don't recommend now filing a complaint.
