Great overall experience! Sol called me to set up details within 30 minutes of booking the services. On the day of the move, the team was prompt (they got there before me) and courteous. They worked quickly but carefully. They checked in with me often about where they were placing things in the storage unit to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it.
