Move clearly not scheduled by the company despite the reservation and contact prior to the move. Totally unresponsive the day of my move. I had to extend truck rental hours because the guys showed up with only 30 minutes left on a 4 hr rental. The moving guys were great. It was a small but challenging load and I’m very satisfied. Will NOT use this company again.

The help from UHaul Movers was excellent. We booked on short notice but immediately got a reply with details of the service needed. The price was reasonable and communication by text very smooth. The two men who helped load and unload were fantastic! They were ad efficient with what we needed and to load into a moving truck and then unload in a storage unit. Alex M. was especially communicative and showed great professionalism. We appreciate their hard work and willingness to stay an extra hour, which was paid for. This service is definitely worth it if you need extra hands for a move.
