First, I appreciate the promptness and responsiveness during my reservation. The team arrived early, and although we encountered a minor issue with the start location, it was resolved quickly. He conducted a thorough assessment, and the 2 movers worked efficiently, completing the job within 3 hrs. I have concerns about the level of expertise. Despite my preparation, I sensed hesitation regarding the time needed. With only 12 large items to carry downstairs, the process should have been straightforward. Regrettably, I observed a lack of caution with my furniture; my sofa was dirty, some shelves were damaged, and a few glass items were broken. The team’s hard work was appreciated but believe there is significant room for improvement in handling items with greater care.Thank you, for your excellent customer service. I suggest ensuring customers’ belongings are covered during transport to prevent damage. I still recommend your service and appreciate the effort of your team.
