The movers were strong men and loaded the truck quickly. They were also very polite. The problem was how they packed the truck which caused damaged to almost all of my furniture. I'm pretty upset over all the deep scratches and requested them to fix that after I unloaded the truck and saw the damage. The business owner denied any damage and told me they were like that before! I'm in the middle of a dispute with them through moving help and I'm hoping they address my concerns instead of telling me my furniture all were damaged beforehand. Overall a really bad experience. The damage is so bad that I have to replace almost all of my furniture. I think the only items made it without scratches were my TV stand and dining table. Everything else, bed frame, dressers, night stands have scratches all over them now.

I wasn’t sure if it was even possible to fit my two bedroom into a small little storage unit but the movers were amazing and certainly found a way. Not only were they fast and efficient, they were incredibly kind and professional throughout. I couldn’t have asked for better movers and they were honestly the best movers I’ve had! The labor help was ok. Damaged a bunch of walls and a door. The 2 guys starting fighting and yelling at each other half way through the 5 hour contract. One of them then walked away for 25 mins. So lost that time.
