Very communicative and friendly. MUCH damage to items and flooring which will require MUCH money to replace or fix. When damage was noted, it was always MY fault THEY broke or severely scratched things. 'The customer is always right' is not in their mindset. The movers also took a 25 minute lunch break and claimed it was part of the time I paid for. One guy spent most of his time on his phone. Though things started off well (they're hard working for sure and very nice & polite in general), in the end I would not use them again. I've moved 3 times in the past 3 years and NEVER experienced ANY damage prior to this move. They also didn't move everything which is requiring me to get another rental.
