They ONLY communicate on txt. So be prepared to not get your answers right away. They also had to reschedule several times because they couldn’t get movers THE DAY OF our move. Even though we reserved it several days before and were given the okay the DAY BEFORE. Their dispatcher and boss John was so unprofessional and rude. He even had the nerve to ask for payment code before the move was even completed. A lot of our furniture was also damaged during the move, which we are dealing with separately. We hope to never deal with this company again. Luckily the subs that did show up were sweet and professional enough to finish the job despite everything.
