Movers were late by 3 hrs and despite giving instructions to handle furniture carefully they just dragged the furniture on floor

Initially we were in the road when we booked and they were able to get us in with less than 4 days notice. The only challenge was last minute confirmation of time. John y and Frank were 45 mins late but we were notified about 10 mins before scheduled arrival. They were both hustling Working hard, fast and great at following directions on where we wanted the bigger pieces. They emptied our truck in 2 hrs. Were careful w ensuring nothing got scratched and closing doors so our critters wouldnt escape.

I did have to watch over a few times as I witnessed a few bumps of my furniture and property .. I think one of the gentlemen was very winded by the excursion. Overall they were really nice fellas. Thank you
